1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from RS Handicrafts (https://rshandicraft.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, trade buyers, retail customers, and international export partners who interact with our website or request custom manufacturing services.

2. Handcrafted Character & Natural Stone Variations

All items produced by RS Handicrafts are individually hand-carved from natural Indian marble (including Makrana, Banswara, and Green Marble):

• Natural Veining & Color: Marble is a natural material. Color tone, veining pattern, and mineral inclusions vary naturally between slabs. These inherent traits are marks of authenticity and are not considered defects.
• Handmade Tolerance: Dimensions, hand-carving textures, and weight may vary slightly (typically within ±5%) due to artisanal chiseling and finishing processes.

3. Quotations, Pricing & Payments

Product prices listed on our website or issued via official quotes are subject to confirmation based on order quantity, stone grade, and customization parameters:

• Official quotations remain valid for 15 calendar days from issuance.
• For custom manufacturing and wholesale export orders, production commences upon receipt of the agreed advance payment (typically 50% deposit, balance prior to shipment).
• Applicable GST taxes, export customs clearance charges, or freight tariffs are detailed in formal invoices.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellations

Because bespoke marble products (such as custom urlis, statues, wall panels, and table tops) are carved specifically to client specifications, orders cannot be canceled or modified once stone cutting or carving has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property

All catalog designs, photography, product graphics, brand logos, and content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of RS Handicrafts Moradabad. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or legal matters arising out of transactions with RS Handicrafts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
