1. Shipping Overview

RS Handicrafts ships handcrafted marble items and Moradabad handicraft products to clients across India and internationally to over 30 countries. Because natural marble items are heavy and delicate, we follow strict export packaging guidelines to guarantee safe arrival.

2. Export-Grade Protective Packaging

To protect marble urlis, idols, wall panels, and table tops against transit shocks, every shipment is packaged using industrial-grade materials:

• High-density shock-absorbing EPE foam & thick bubble wrap.
• Custom-fitted corrugated inner boxes.
• Heavy-duty wooden crates (fumigated ISPM-15 compliant for international sea/air freight).

3. Production Lead Times & Dispatch

Delivery timelines consist of manufacturing lead time plus transit duration:

• Ready Stock Items: Dispatched within 2 to 4 business days from our Moradabad workshop.
• Bespoke / Custom Orders: Hand-carved items typically require 10 to 25 business days depending on design complexity and stone availability.
• Dispatch Notification: Tracking numbers and consignment details are provided via WhatsApp and email as soon as freight is handed over to the carrier.

4. Freight & Delivery Methods

• Domestic Delivery (India): Shipped via surface express logistics (FedEx, SafeExpress, V-Trans, or Delhivery). Delivery usually takes 4 to 8 business days post-dispatch.
• International Export: Shipped via Air Freight (DHL/FedEx door-to-door, 5–9 days) or Sea Freight (FOB/CIF container load for bulk orders, 25–45 days depending on port).

5. Transit Damage & Claims Policy

All shipments are fully insured against loss or breakage in transit. In the rare event of transit damage:

• Please inspect the wooden crate/box upon delivery.
• Record an unboxing video and take clear photographs of the damaged outer box and product within 48 hours of delivery.
